Definici\u00f3n y caracter\u00edsticas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los sensores son una parte muy importante para la instrumentaci\u00f3n y el control de los procesos industriales. Se utilizan para poder determinar el estado del proceso donde est\u00e1n instalados. Ellos transforman las variaciones de la magnitud a medir en una se\u00f1al el\u00e9ctrica acondicionada de tal manera que pueda ser recibida en su destino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La se\u00f1al de salida de un sensor por lo general va a un indicador, a un registrador o a un controlador. Existen una gran variedad de sensores seg\u00fan la variable que se quiera medir, por ejemplo: presi\u00f3n, temperatura, nivel, flujo, posici\u00f3n (proximidad), velocidad, peso, voltaje, corriente, frecuencia, viscosidad, resistividad, radiaci\u00f3n, pH, conductividad el\u00e9ctrica, humedad entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando los sensores tienen salidas digitales (s\u00f3lo dos posibles valores) son llamados interruptores. Otras caracter\u00edsticas son comunes a todos los sensores. Algunos de los aspectos a tener en cuenta en el momento de seleccionar un sensor son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exactitud. Especifica la diferencia entre el valor medido y el valor real de la variable que se est\u00e1 midiendo.<\/li>\n<li>Conformidad o repetitividad. El grado con que mediciones sucesivas difieren unas de las otras.<\/li>\n<li>Resoluci\u00f3n. Es el cambio m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que se puede medir.<\/li>\n<li>Precisi\u00f3n se compone de las caracter\u00edsticas de conformidad y resoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilidad. Viene dado por el m\u00ednimo valor de la variable medida que produce un cambio en la salida.<\/li>\n<li>Error. Es la desviaci\u00f3n entre valor verdadero y valor medido.<\/li>\n<li>Linealidad. Nos indica que tan cerca est\u00e1 la correlaci\u00f3n entre la entrada y la salida a una l\u00ednea recta.<\/li>\n<li>Rango. Es la diferencia entre el mayor valor y el menor valor que se puede medir.<\/li>\n<li>Rapidez de respuesta. Es la capacidad del instrumento de seguir las variaciones de la entrada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen otros aspectos a toma en consideraci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo la alimentaci\u00f3n del sensor,<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/controlreal.com\/es\/sensores-tipo-de-salidas\/\"> el tipo de salida<\/a><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/controlreal.com\/es\/conexion-a-dos-y-tres-hilos-sensores-digitales\/\">el tipo de conexi\u00f3n (a dos hilos o a tres hilos) de la salida<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los sensores de proximidad son de los m\u00e1s usados. Hay de diferentes tipos: <a href=\"https:\/\/controlreal.com\/es\/sensor-fotoelectrico\/\">\u00f3pticos<\/a>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">inductivos<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">capacitivos<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ultras\u00f3nicos<\/span> y <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">finales de carrera<\/span>.
